Bodha
School of Inner Sciences and Embodied Learning
For those who have been practicing for a while or even completed their certifications and realised the work is only beginning
What is Bodha?
Bodha is the academic learning hub of Damaru.
Bodha is the training and certification wing of Damaru.
Our programs are built for seekers and practitioners, teachers, therapists, facilitators, and lifelong students who want to understand the human being they are working with, not only the technique they are delivering.
The work draws on the Indic tradition and contemporary brain research in equal measure in an endeavor to understand the whole human: the nervous system, the breath, the mind, and the body.
Studied closely. Practiced deeply. Taught responsibly.
This is not just another certification. It is the embodied education that makes you grow beyond the certifications.
Who Bodha is built for?
A serious practitioner who wants to teach, but feels that the current course formats offer information that is too fragmented and scattered, and there is so much more to it than what is seen. The one who wants to learn how to read between the lines.
- A yoga teacher who feels underprepared after a 200-hour or 500-hour certification
- A therapist or bodyworker who wants a deeper somatic and nervous system foundation
- A facilitator who holds space for others and wants to do it with more skill and less depletion
- A serious practitioner who wants to teach, but feels that the current course formats offer information that is too fragmented and scattered, and there is so much more to it than what is seen. The one who wants to learn how to read between the lines.
- Someone who has read the texts and now wants to live them, and to transmit them in a meaningful way so their students can apply it in real life situations.
